1) Working Days & Processing
Paanda’s official working days are Monday to Sunday. Public holidays may affect timelines. Our goal is to make delivery simple and timely.
- Order processing: Same day for early orders, otherwise next business day.
- Standard delivery window: Usually within 1–2 business days depending on your area.
- During peak periods, we may use trusted partner couriers to ensure on-time delivery.
2) Fees

Free delivery promotions may apply to selected products or campaigns and will be clearly shown at checkout.
3) Delivery Attempts & Signature
- Courier will contact you before delivery; a signature is required on receipt.
- If no one is available, we’ll reschedule. Repeated failed attempts may incur additional fees.
- Delivery is to the address provided in the order; signature of any person at the address counts as receipt.
4) Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available; additional COD fees may apply.
- Please prepare the exact amount at delivery time.
5) Liability & Damages
- We guarantee order safety from dispatch until delivery. After signed receipt, liability transfers to the customer.
- For damaged packages, note it with the courier and contact us within 24–48 hours with photos and your order number.
