When visiting the website, the customer acknowledges his agreement to the terms and conditions and all exchange, return and warranty policies. We may, but are not obligated to, remove or edit any Submission.
Order Acceptance and Pricing Details –
Please note that in some cases, an order may not be accepted for a number of reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time. You may be asked to provide additional verification or information, including, but not limited to, phone number and address, before we accept the order.
We strive to provide the most accurate pricing information to all users visiting the Site. However, errors may occasionally occur, such as cases where the price of a product is not displayed correctly on the Site. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged.

All intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered, in the Site, and all content information and designs contained on the Site, are our property, including but not limited to text, graphics, software, images, video, music and sound, and their selection and arrangement, as well as all software compilations, source codes and underlying software. Exchange or return policy:
Exchange only new products (unused)
You can exchange products by visiting the Panda website with the original invoice within 7 days of the date of purchase and the product must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase and unused
The product box must be available and in new condition and the product will be examined by a specialist. If the request is approved, you can replace the product or return the amount paid.

We apologize for accepting the return or exchange request in case the product is used.

Used products are not returnable or exchangeable.
Exchange and return are possible for products purchased from the Panda store only.
Exchange products due to a technical malfunction:
You deliver the product to the Panda website and receive a receipt to verify the condition of the product within two to four business days.
The original invoice must be submitted upon delivery of the product.
We examine the product and contact you to receive the replacement product if the cause of the problem is confirmed to be a manufacturing malfunction.
We do not deliver the product to the home. It must be received from the store.
General notes:
Some products are not covered by the warranty. Please review the product description to verify the product warranty period.
Some products or brands are guaranteed by the agent, such as Apple or Sony.
A defective product cannot be replaced outside the warranty or guarantee period.
We do not exchange the defective product on the same day, it must be examined by a specialist.
Misuse or breakage does not include the warranty.
Change in the color of the product does not include the warranty.
A product cannot be replaced if you buy it during a discount or offer.
No product can be replaced without the original invoice
Panda Store does not bear any delivery service fees
The delivery service is provided by a third party, so the customer bears all service fees according to the delivery company’s tariff.
Our first mission is to provide you with the best online shopping experience, so we have made the shipping and delivery process easy for you because your comfort is our priority
Panda delivers your orders through the company’s fleet and may use other delivery companies or individuals during peak times to confirm your service and deliver your orders at the appropriate time for you
Panda’s delivery method is to deliver within two business days depending on your geographical area
You can subscribe to deliver your selected products periodically (daily, weekly or monthly)
The item must be ordered at least one day before the time you want to receive it so that the delivery team can provide the item, taking into account the time of the order (not late) and Panda’s working hours, in addition to the fact that there are items that need more than this time to be prepared and may take a day or several days depending on the nature of the product
In case of urgent orders, please contact customer service and we will do our best to assist you
You will be asked to sign a copy of the invoice to confirm that you have received the products as shown in the invoice. The order will be delivered to the address registered in the order and the signature of any person present at this address is considered as your receipt of the order
In the event that we reach the registered address and no one is present at this address, please contact customer service to set another delivery time and the company will not be responsible for any request exceeding 3 days from the first date of delivery of the order. Please note that if you are not present at the agreed delivery time twice, additional delivery fees will be charged after that
Delivery fees are 25 dirhams for each order except the western region

Delivery schedule-
We provide a delivery service within two working days for ready-made orders
Important information about delivery-
The order holder is required to sign a document of receipt of the purchases
We guarantee the safety of the order from theft and damage from the moment it leaves the store until the moment of delivery. Panda and the delivery company are not responsible for the product after signing the receipt document
Shipping is done by delivery companies to areas within the United Arab Emirates
The approximate delivery time guide is used from the moment the order is sent. Panda is not responsible for any delays that occur due to the procedures for paying fees by the order holder.
Adding fees to the shipping cost of the order if the delivery location is located in a remote area
If you wish to cancel your order and replace it, please go to the return policy page and follow the steps mentioned there
Please note that if your order has already been sent and you wish to cancel it, it must not be received
In the event that your order is received after it has been cancelled, you will bear all the return costs and comply with the return terms stated
Arbitration-
In the event of any disputes, disagreements or disputes arising from the interpretation and implementation of these terms and conditions, they must be settled and finally decided through arbitration by a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with the rules of economic development and consumer protection. The arbitrator must be a legally trained person with experience in the field of information technology and independent of either party to the dispute.
