Exchange & Return Policy
- Exchange within 7 days with the original invoice; product must be unused and in original packaging.
- Used or damaged items cannot be returned.
- Exchanges are limited to items purchased from Paanda Store.
- Manufacturing defects are verified by specialists before replacement.
Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery within 2 business days inside the UAE.
- Delivery fees: AED 25 (except Western Region).
