1) Coverage & Processing Times
We deliver across the UAE through trusted courier partners. Orders placed on business days are processed the same day or the next business day depending on stock and cut-off time.
- Processing: Same day (orders placed before early afternoon), otherwise next business day.
- Delivery window: Typically within 1–2 business days depending on your area.
- Public holidays / peak periods: Delivery may take longer.
2) Shipping Fees

3) Delivery & Attempts
- Couriers will contact you prior to delivery. A signature is required on receipt.
- If no one is available, delivery will be rescheduled. After repeated failed attempts, additional fees may apply.
- We currently do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
4) Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available; additional COD fee may apply at checkout.
- Please prepare the exact amount upon delivery.
5) Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive an SMS/WhatsApp or email with tracking details.

6) Damages & Claims
- Inspect your package upon delivery. If damaged, note it with the courier and contact us within 24–48 hours with photos and your order number.
- After signed receipt, liability transfers to the customer.
